    Hi so good to see you.🌞 Yes we've all had time's of not doing well and gained back but this last time that I got back to my goal (which was 2 years ago) I have tracked. It's a must! In the morning before I get out of bed I first do my devotional and then I pretrack what I know I'm planning on having for the day. I can always go back and adjust but this is how I hold myself accountable .

      That’s so true, Chris. When I have a successful week much of it can be attributed to tracking.

    I do the USDA My Diabetic Plate Format when I plan meals- it replaced the Food Pyramid Format. It is definitely portioning control per servings of foods. I'm a diabetic and find meal planning and snack planning so very important to keep my diabetic health in healthier range. I also use WW Recipes and other nutritional balanced recipes. I appreciate your wonderful inspirational ideas too. Balance in all areas from physical to emotional health is so important. God bless you. Love from long time Ky Sub. Thank you my dear friend.
