So cool !! I used a buffalo chicken dip recipe I had and filled with that one a few. They were gone in sixty seconds I did you not. I am going to try to do the peach ones the next time I go food shopping. They are just beautiful and delicious.
I Luv all your Ideas, & Thnx for sharing, but I guess I'm a type A personality or type #1 because it drives me crazy watching you take so many extra steps (make more work for yourself) why not just work off the baking pan so you don't have to keep moving, transfering everything to the pan eventually anyway? Once they are cut they can be moved to baking sheet and your masterpiece can be created on the baking sheet
@kitty m. I personally would not use a knife or anything sharp enough to cut through pastry on my baking sheet. I, too, would use a cutting board so my baking sheet is not ruined with cuts/scratches from sharp instruments.

I dont like the oils used in store bought pastry.. i hear a chef can make the skins too
How am I the only person annoyed that there’s so much fruit in these “appetisers”. Fruit & sugar = dessert.
I started questioning myself as to what an "appetizer" and a "dessert" is hehehe :-)
