Hi Sanjay, are you using genuine ink rollers? Also ensure that you don't attempt to 're-ink' with any different ink, it will always cause this to happen.

@@sanjaykidav1259 Are you taking the ink directly from the foil pack and putting it in the gun? If it is a new ink roller there should be no ink dripping from it, it will appear quite dry and only release ink when it touches the paper.
Another thing to check is if you open the front of the gun and look at the bottom of the print head, sometimes you will have a label that has come off and is sticking to the print bands, this will cause all kinds of problems too, so make sure the gun has no labels loose or stuck to the inside.

Hi Nea, I'm sorry to hear this. Usually we find that it is the wrong ink roller for the gun if it doesn't fit. Are you able to let me know if you purchased it from Pricemark?
