Update to the first NYLA video. IRS in Fresno, Attorney General of Hawaii, the FBI in Washington, & Jackie Clair at NYLA were ALL sent the link to the first video. On 08/03/23, a Maui police officer took my report of what I consider to be "identity theft" by NYLA. Now the IRS in Kansas City is requesting that I complete their Form 14039---a signed affidavit reporting my identity theft situation.
