Love consistency. Maine lobsters in Pittsburgh are the same price as they are in Maine. But of course in Maine, unlike Pitt, they come with free extra “authenticity and soul”.

At the end of the day, I love to prepare my lobster on the grill. Once you have a grilled lobster you will notice a better texture and sweetness rather than boiling it. But when we are on the road a steamed one is a must.
