I'm new to watching basketball. I graduated from Princeton, but never attended any games. I just started watching Princeton on UA-cam since our 9-year-old granddaughter started playing basketball. Could someone explain why Princeton's fabulous players don't seem to go after their own rebounds? It puzzles me.

It may be related to the fact that when getting in paint they could get fouled. They probably do not want to sustain injuries.
Might be because they want to get back on defense quicker
