to correct your definition of movestacking, this is not fucking movestacking. this is a pretty known dabi tech, it's about you landing a M1 before using Infernal Burn/Ember Eruption. The time for the enemy affected by IB/EE to wake up takes 3 M1s. So you need to land one first, cause the enemy will wake up and punish you (they can block btw.) So, this is Infernal Burn/Ember Eruption Uppercut tech. If you want a movestack tech, Frost Burst (Uppercut Variant) Sub Zero Movestack Tech. (im gatekeeping it for now)
