I just finished a motor change on a first batch v14. When I got everything back together I was pleasantly surprised to find my suspension is now crazy smooth. I put that mostly down to thoroughly cleaning the internal stanchions. The original grease or whatever they used was dry and sticky. I ran some bike grease over it, which you're not supposed to need but it absorbed the old grease and made it easier to wipe off.
When ya get good with the flowing , depending on your weight its only gonna look so many ways- lol If i was as Light as hayden I could do a lot cooler stuff i think But i love that guy!!!
How much lower did you put the pedals? Could you do a review in greater detail of how it feels and what are the noticeable differences in how the wheel behaves? Thanks love the content.
THanks so much for the kindness! The best pedals imo are the Erides ironman pedals, with the pedal lifters - I have been using the biopads with the v14 and to me... its the only way to go- Take care!!!
Do you happen to have any footage of what you did to the V14 when doing the shim job? I haven't seen anyone else showing how to do it.. Waiting patiently for your T4 videos, want to see what a Pro can extract from it 😀
Yea. The V14 is amazing. But I accidentally drowse it down in to a field. After the cleaning the V14 showed me a error message. (Oh no!) but, after time that diapered. Now i have a hising sound from the right bearing. Do not look forward to change that.

Did they ever fix this with the latest batch or is this going to be a thing that every V14 owner will have to go through at some point?
its fixed in all versions after batch one
