I discovered him 3 years ago. In my opinion he is absolutly the best young Tenor i know. He has it all to be the next Superstar.(hopefully the decision makers see this equally ) I just bought tickets for his Tosca performance in Hamburg in March next year. I am really looking forward to hear him in house.
Magnificent. Every note exploited to get the maximum out of it. So rich, so much power handled with great control. Totally unique voice with a thrilling top register, the tone of which, I haven't heard since Corelli.
The overall sound is exceptional... is it really recorded from the theater? About the singing: the voice is very well placed - especially in the high register - bright and yet dramatic. The result is quite nice. Bravo! Don't push it too hard!

I usually don't like the insistence of modern staging and costuming and I will never buy an opera that uses such nonsensical staging but that was very nice. Loved his voice.

Much more convincing than the Butterfly duet with Jaho. Lyrical flow the way I like it. Please stick with it and don't stress the voice, so please don't make the mistakes that Muehle or Kaufmann make.
