Ultimately you can't kill him, but just like in undertale you get him to give up fighting you, break the barrier, and return everything to life. Only in this context it's because he thinks humans and monsters deserve each other.
If we want an Underfell Alternate Pacifist timeline where they DO break the barrier, Flowey needs to absorb everyone's souls, could be he thinks that Frisk is dumb for sparing and believing in these people when, according to him, they're all gonna stab Frisk in the back someday, and then absorbs the souls thinking he's gonna help

i feel like the souls could have been written better, then just stealing what regular flowey would do... instead of a total copy of this fight it could have been a unique experience that made you feel like you were doing true pacifist all over again, but this just feels like a copy paste of undertale with different sprites and slightly varied dialoug
Yeah it's cause the creator of this reskin, was only capable of doing a reskin. I'd honestly want the endgame bosses to be similar to Underfellproject's take on Underfell where Flowey does actually betray you, but it's not out of the same reasons as in UT, it's instead so he can seemingly become Asriel again and "fix" what the world had become by resetting everything (It leads to an entirely different Omega Flowey battle with a broken Asriel form instead). Though then, you later see that he also just wants to start over with Chara again.
To everyone saying this isn't canon: Underfell has no definitive canon, only interpretations. Yes, I know the person who came up with Underfell DOES have a take of their own and all, but they've stated that they'd rather be seen as just another Underfell fan with a take of their own and that their take should not be taken as canon as everyone is free to make "their own Underfell". What I find weird is that this fangame is kinda trying to follow Underfella's take (judging by the characters' designs and some dialogue) but at the same time isn't?? Some characters are really mischaracterized and are not always consistent, so I assume this is just a take that's REALLY inspired by Underfella's.

I don’t know the underfell lore entirely but Asgore should probably just comeback with Toriel not doing anything to help the kingdom, Asgore having to rule his own way. Also I’d make everyone else white like Toriel b/c they shouldn’t be red.

(Frisk fights, Flowey kills) There used to be a True Pacifist route where the Barrier was broken but Vic apparently trashed the idea (If any of this is wrong, please. feel free to let me know! This is just what I could find online!)

The pacify ending of Undertale is just a new beginning for a new story, and don't ask me how, it's impossible. I found Susie, Noelle, and Birdley in the pacify ending as children, meaning they became adults after years of the events of Undertale in the peaceful path.
