It’s a shame I can’t find a video that covers all the problems that most people face when fitting blinds. My wall crumbles the moment a drill or screw go in.
It would be a standard 18v drill with the hammer setting and then turn it to the screw setting to pilot the screws in but I use a screwdriver to wind in the screws to be honest
At 2:47, where can I get the gray plastic which has the string wound over it? That plastic-part or "roller" is broken and I am unable to find it in Lowes. Any thoughts how I can replace it? Thank you!
Have plaster board (everywhere in New build) and reluctant to drill into upvc frame. Bound bracket doesn't extend wall to wall. Plaster board is SO weak and feeble in worried I can't attach the same thungs... Help

what kind of drill did you use...can you provide the model? What it the screws/drill do not go in, could it be there the wall has a steel plate?
