For 3KW, you'll need 600 watts of solar panels. It looked like only 100 watts of solar panels were installed. It will take 30 hr to fully charge the 3KW batteries with 100 watts solar panels. Solar panels are now very cheap, 1 USD / watt.
Battery capacity seems to be very poor compared to converter wattage..this is will drainout the battery in few minutes. Go for lithium ion battery..so that you will get some more backup...lead acid batteries never works for this kind of high drain devices

Hi. 55AH that's capacity. So hi can take 3000W just for few minutes.
3000W ÷ 12V = 250 amps.
But the wire is to thin on his project to take 3000W.

this is all absolutely impossible. 1) 20% battery discharge is barely enough to light a light bulb. 2) with these panels, maybe in the 22nd century, the batteries are charged.

3000w is the inverter capacity but these panels and this used battery can only generate little power around 300w, to get 3000w you have to use more panels and more batteries

Three things:
1) the inverter could be 3,000w but your stored power doesn’t reach that much. I could read the label on the battery and it’s a 12v 50Ah which gives you a potential of total generation of 600w w/o considering the efficiency factor. Therefore, you can only produce as much as 600w with that array.
2) This looks like a battery car which is not made for deep discharge cycles as they are use in conjunction with an alternator on a car. If you don’t have access to a deep cycle battery it’s ok but a car battery will last much less as the internal parts expand and contract.
3) In order to have constant power supply the solar modules total must match the battery power supply which in this case would be 600w, if less then the rate of discharge will be greater than the rate of charge and the battery will die at some point.
Right......i would be surprised if can can pull 250W for more than 5 min....and that after a whole day charging in full sun......

If this is a wish inverter, 3000w -5000w is peak and the inverter only around 300w.
300w and the 220v will spin a saw. Your saw in the intro is struggling to start, as you can tell from the difference when you cut the box alloy. I imagine under load your inverter cuts out or your wires start melting.

As I know solar charge battery you can say that small battery is 50A so 12v×50=600w
So needs about 6 pcs of 100w

You need at least 350 watts of solar, with two 100 amp hour batters to keep up with your power needs in a van. A Bus needs at least 5-6 batteries with 500-600 watt solar shields. I currNtly have two 100 amp hour batters with with 3000 watt inverter with a 40 amp mppt controllor. And one 175 watt panal. I ran a floor fan fore 4 hours and only used about 5% percent of the single battery. I now have two batters, so i should be able to run the fan fore 8 hours with only five plus percent of my battery power. Im oedering another 175 watt panal. This should keep my two batteries fully charged., of course this is a system being constucted fore off grid van camping fore long periods of time. I have room fore a third battery. This would be me enough power to run constant A.C window unit. (-:

I think he used 50watt 2 panels produced approximate 4.5 to 5 amp with 12 volt that is enough for charge 26 ah or 40 ah battery in one day, after he used DC to AC converter..
