KFC หม่าล่ามันจะมี 2 Level แบบเผ็ดน้อย กับแบบเผ็ดจนต้องเตือนก่อนกิน (สีเข้มๆ) ...มันไม่ใช่เผ็ดแบบรสไทยๆ ...มันเผ็ดแบบคนเป็นภูมิแพ้จะมีปัญหาเลย ใครที่บอกกินได้สบายๆ ต้องทบทวนก่อนว่าไปสั่งแบบเผ็ดน้อยมาหรือเปล่า ...ตัวเผ็ดสุดไม่ได้เน้นรสเผ็ด แต่เน้นทำให้ลิ้นแสบชาจนเกินไป หาความกลมกล่อมแบบไทยๆ ไม่ได้เลย ... เดาว่า มันขาดตัวน้ำมันงาผสมที่ทำให้มันหอมละมุนไปนิด ...เมนูนี้อยู่ไม่นาน เดาว่าเกิดจากยอดการสั่งที่อาจจะพบว่ามันไม่ค่อยถูกสั่งซ้ำ (ยอดจะพุ่งตอนแรกเพราะแปลกใหม่ แต่ไปซักระยะจะลดลงเร็วเพราะคนรับรู้ถึงรสชาติ)

Oh man, that "Bravery chicken" is very spicy as hell! Even I, who got used to the spicy-hot taste of southern Thai cuisine, still have a hard time with it. Actually, there are two recipes for this menu; the Ferocious Spicy recipe (the black hellish spicy sauce on top one, and the sign says "Angry Hot" but I would rather call it ferocious), and the Baby recipe (the red stinging spicy sauce on top). If you are not used to some strong hot and spicy taste, I would recommend you to try the baby one first. It's ok to start with some beginner-level rather that suffer from the agonizing pain in the toilet.

I love that a fast food place actually brought the heat. It took going to Thailand, but so often chains label stuff ghost pepper and haberno, but it is dumbed down American heat. I want to go to Thailand!

I just started watching your videos. You can work up the tolerance if you eat spicy peppers gradually. I started out with jalapenos and now I can eat the Carolina Reaper, but it has to be with food. I've tried eating the pepper by itself and that's a no-no.
