My child’s company just laid off 30 third shift employees and hired migrants for half the pay through a temp agency. The migrants are being forced to work overtime, but those who kept their jobs are denied the extra hours. One said he had just arrived across the border two days earlier and was bused up here. How did he know where to get a job? My other child has been looking for work in her field since early December. Not that it’s pertinent, but nearly all were black young men doing the right thing and working hard for their families. Biden HAS to go!!!!

I was never taught the basics of thermo dynamics or anything about hypertrophy in those years. I lost 100 lb and got shredded AF on my own due diligence. I had to seek the truth and the real information. School teaches you how to learn, rarely gives you anything if substance.
