Yeenoghu's final paradise seems like the death of his paradise when there isn't anything left to savage and brutalize. Which is very thematic: the Abyss is self-defeating in its goals. It's a cancer that will ultimately kill itself when it achieves its goal of corrupting and consuming all reality. I wonder if the Demon Lords, especially the really brilliant ones like Orcus, ever have doubts about their endgame.
@@emanuelcamuglia5984 I'm certain he does, as does Graz'zt and Orcus and Lolth. I think Orcus looks forward to a dead universe, and Graz'zt (in my preferred interpretation) wants to be the Asmodeus of the Abyss. Baphomet likely has his own ideas as well. But The Abyss is acting through them all and just as it corrupts them morally it very likely allows them their delusions.
Yeenoghu is like if the game Doom became a demon lord. RIP AND TEAR! Also I get the feeling Brian might have found his side piece next to Demogorgon. You can't fake that kind of joy and excitement
My favorite thing about you guys is the dynamic when you get funny content and banter back and forth. I’ve watched it 2 times already to chuckle. Great info but very fun conversation!
Yes! For some reason, this Sunday is stacked with uploads, plus the usual highlight of my YT week in the form Dungeoncast Hope all is well, Dungeoncasters and my Dudes
Early epispde from my favourite D&D boys! The perfect listening on my walk home from a long ass backshift. Thanks for all you guys do! Shout out to Yeenoghu
I have liked and commented! I continue to serve the manic dungeoncast! An episode so early in the day? What have we humble servants done to deserves such a gracious boon! Well I shall accept this gift with surpassing gratitude before I head out on my gnoll extermination quest. Surprisingly like yeenoghu much more than I thought I would, he's awesome. I'm adding it to my head canon of all the dnd deities being college kids that yeenoghu is that metal head kid who goes to concerts to hop into mosh pits and fuck people up. Also another yeenoghu scar comparison, both have black manes and green eyes. I think you guys said his eyes were green at least. My attention was split at that part lol. Also making it my head canon that yeenoghus lair of the abyss is the pride lands from an alternate timeline where simba didn't beat scar and a hyena deposed scar. This hyena then turned the pride lands into a wasteland. This hyena became yeenoghu. Wow, episodes for the whole year planned out already? Well what else would I expect from the lord of knowledge. I'm just going to hope that one episode is going to be gem dragons and another will be beholder kin.
You guys have officially joined to my daily DND watch list, along with web DM, the mighty glue stick, jorphdan and mr rexx. Great content guys, keep it coming. The message has been spread. Many more will follow in my wake.
"The idea of a flail is that it flails about" - LOL! And a wolf gets its name because it wolfs down its food, right? The verb "to flail" means to mimic the action of a flail.
We all live in yenoghus submarine, yeenoghu's submarine, cmon. Yo know the lyrics, yewnoghus submarine, and the demons crawl aboard eyes of red, skin black and green, we all live, etc, many more live next door on yeenoggus submrine.... you know it's gonna be a monster.
I'm sure someone said this, but The Lion King is based on Hamlet, so I think the character Scar was based on did come before Yeenoghu. But I prefer the version in which Scar is based on Yeenoghu. Lol
What type of creatures from a quiet place I mean the movie I've never seen it before I've seen like clips like there was one when they were in this diner and then like the father and the daughters like running to the back and they go out the back door and the creatures like f****** stoppable and s*** damn.
I have a dnd character who has a Maul that paralyzes people when hit, and i got this maul from a gnoll. After a couple of sessions, my pc starts having nightmares, and in the nightmare i see a furry creature with fangs carrying a tripple headed flail and battling an tall and muscular figure that has tusks, many more, during these times we battled orcs, and an orc army, i was knocked out cold and i am now being held hostage with a knife on my throat but then, this happens Rogue pc:I stab the orc holding my friend hostage *rolls to hit, succeeds* DM: as you stab the orc, he drags his knife across your comrades neck, and you *points to me* are now considered dead. Afterwards the dm secretly texted me and this is how it went After you feel your throat being slit you see pitch black and then you see infront of you, yeenoghu. He has a more demonic face he makes a deal with me and wants me to be apart of his army and share half of his power to me otherwise ill be part of his "hell" And he reached out his hand expecting me to grab it, and reach out, making him think ill grab it, as i reach out i raise my middle finger as i laugh, and i would then grab his hand but before that my body hears my muscle and ligaments tearing and my pc expierences the worst pain he ever felt. And the deal was made.
Does anyone know how to spell Krokektoak? I’m trying to read up on him and I can’t find him anywhere. That’s some obscure lore, he’s not in the BoVD or in the Fiendish Codex as far as I can tell.
Will, I love you bro (my name is even William as well) but you butchered Crokek'toeck's name! Lol. It's best pronounced as croak-ek' tow-ek; if you say it fast it sounds like Crōca-toic (like stoic). Think of trying to say a crocodile's name in deep abyssal speech 😎👍 Lovin' the channels guys!!!

From another episode i think
“If i love to destroy, when i destroy everything, what will be left to destroy?”
Demons when to destroy the world to remake it in their image
Yeenoghu's always been my favorite demon Lord
Me to
Yeenoghu is like if the game Doom became a demon lord. RIP AND TEAR!

Dope, a Yeenagough episode to listen to at an early shift?!?! Merry Christmas all over again! Thank you guys
A day early what? Dungeoncast bois coming in hot with a fresh episode on a relaxing sunday thanks :D
Thomas Rasmussen maybe its going to be a surprise double upload?
Brian probably too pissed about Jones vs Reyes or something and missed exact upload time again. XD
Ashen Wuss jones vs. Reyes? What's this about?
@@DragonGunzDorian I'm just being stupid. It's a reference to last night's fights. I don't even know if Brian cares for mma lolol
Ashen Wuss Ah ok, I'm not an mma guy so I didn't have the context. Honestly I was wondering if there was something I was missing.
Waking up to Yeenoghu! It’s going to be a good day
How convenient, I was about to start prepping for my Yeenagough campaign for tonight
My favorite thing about you guys is the dynamic when you get funny content and banter back and forth.

20:35 The most intense "shoutout to demogorgon" yet
Long before this episode I always thought of yeenoghu when listening to lion Kings "be prepared"
Thank you Will and Brian, you guy's are awesome at your work, channel deserves more attention. Keep up the great content thanks again.

Great podcast as always

Happy you guys addressed the GOAT Graz'zt
Thanks for the info and the laughs
Cleric enters plane : lets get this unholy creature down.
After one hour in the layer.
Cleric starts laughing in heyena...
Love the quantity, intensity, and suspiciously accurate Lion King references, noice!
This episode is out early! Not that I'm complaining, he's my favorite!

Need an episode about Juiblex, my squishy oozy boy.
Y’all had me DYING with the Scar/Gnoll jokes 😂
You guys are AWESOME

This may have been my favorite episode yet. Cant wait for my dude Dagon to show up!
Extra viscous mockeries lol. Shout out to Demogorgon! LMAO A giant yurt what? lol
Yooo Ive been waiting for this for hella long!! Thanks for this dudes!

Brian kinda sounds like a super chilled-out Jack Black
Will looks like a young Shia LaBeouf
YEE!!! MY FAVORITE YAH GOT HIM
These are always gems
Badass! Thanks guys.
With how a demon lord should have perfect knowledge of their own turf, him having teleport really means you can never get away, unless you plainshift.
Its Wild-mount. I do respect the Wildermount pronunciation tho
Day has officially been made by your like.
fucking be prepared :D
Demonic Diatribe. the 6th level spell version of vicios mockery.
“Regular Gnoll! Regular Gnoll!”
For any Dungeoncast fans that are also Critical Role fans.
My dudes lion king is just a kid version of Shakespeare. Hamlet if I remember correctly
Yeenoghu, if the Mad-max series made a Demon Lord.
So Yeenoghu is pretty much monokuma in his final form
Yeenoghu? More like YIFFnoghu, amirite?
I thought it as Yee-No-who
I'm sure someone said this, but The Lion King is based on Hamlet, so I think the character Scar was based on did come before Yeenoghu.

Please do a video on kas and his sword‼️🙏🏾
Doesn't he have 2 different stat blocks in 5e the one in the Out of the Abyss one dealing more damage and having more hp?
Hey can you do a video on the Empire of the imaskari and deep imaskari ? Great episode by the way!
I pronounce it "E-No-goo".
Does anyone know how to spell Krokektoak? I’m trying to read up on him and I can’t find him anywhere. That’s some obscure lore, he’s not in the BoVD or in the Fiendish Codex as far as I can tell.
Great show. Are you going to do an Archfey episode?
Is the short rest really just an excuse for a smoke break?
Yeetnoghu
What happened around 7:30? What joke did Brian tell?
No, Scar didn't have to be based on Yeenoghu. Nihilism is not a new or uncommon concept.
😊

Demon price bro, not lord
OMG when you come back from break maybe get to it within oh... Say... 10 minutes or so? Newbies...
