In 16-18 May 1990, I was in Stavanger, Norway on a 3-day R&R from my military station in Iceland. In a little record shop, a clerk, who was a Jon Bonjovi-double, asked me what I was looking for. I told him Mylane Farmer, Sisters of Mercy, a-ha, and something new. This song and HARRY by CC Cowboys were HUGE, but I didn't know who sang them until the clerk absolutely insisted I give their CDs a listen. I should've gotten that guy's info and kept in touch. At least I'd have known his name to thank him for years of happy listening. Thanks, from America.
It's 2011 and I'm watching and admiring this band from Serbia! :) Amazing music... It's a pity this band wasn't popular in the rest of Europe... Anyways, thanks for uploading!

Like the lead singers voice..could listen to him sing all day long.. loved the tune, I'm going to have to listen to more of their jams. Thumbs up from Shirley Anna ✌❤
fun fact- I first heard this song in 2004 while I was interrailing through Scandinavia. I sometimes had the refrain on my mind singing: "Spiller Pine" and never found the matching song. Today I was going through some Kaizers Orchestra songs and suddenly this song popped up. Well thanks DumDum Boys for letting me wait 20 years to not have this song stuck in my mind anymore. Skol fra Austria
Dagens norske rocke-musikk, vil jeg si at den har blitt mer tammere og mindre utfordrene. Artister i dag er så opptatt av å være mainstreame at de ikke lenger tør å være individisk.
This Norwegian rock band produced and marketed this song within Europe, however the riff rivals anything produced by any popular rock bands in the last 50 years. Could have been millionaires?
He sings "splitter pine", it is the first part of the phrase "splitter pine gal" which means completely crazy, but as they leave out the last word it doesn't actually mean anything as such except that you may add "gal" or "crazy" by yourself after it, since the expression is normally only used in that context.
@@chadcassidy1580 Norwegian is difficult to get. To make it more difficult, we got 3 letters that you don't have. æ, ø and å. To describe those letters are difficult.
