In time, it will eventually get better. Im 28, i loss my mom when i was 11. It was very challenging to navigate life without my mom and like you, i like to keep my emotions to myself unless im very close to you. However, despite my mom not being physically here, I have gain her spirit as I continue to grow and learn life's ups and downs.
