The good times never seem to last for the Red Devils since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson. Now, Erik Ten Hag is the man at the wheel and even though everything seemed to be looking up just a few months ago, the wheels are slowly but surely falling off the bus.
But is Ten Hag to blame or is there a much deeper problem at hand?
On Saturday night, there was only one ‘United’ club as Newcastle handed Manchester their second consecutive defeat of the season with an aggregate of 4-0. Additionally, the Old Trafford club are also staring down the barrel of a Champions League group stage exit after their 3-3 draw against Galatasaray. These two recent results have left several first-team stars questioning Ten Hag's methods as manager. With Chelsea and Bayern Munich coming up, players have decided to start speaking up before matters get even more out of hand.

Erik Ten Hag is just one of the many problems,The Glazers,The recruitment team,players playing without an identity, destructive type of Man Management, scattered and disgusting playing style,so much more. Ten Hag is definitely a major part,but there's a whole lot more wrong with United than just Erik Ten Hag

We had the best manager in the world (Jose Murinho) the only manager to have won 3 champions league in three different leagues.
Won us three trophies on his first spell at United with an entirely dysfunctional team left by Van Gaal. Ended the second season with 86 points just behind the best Manchester City team ever under Guardiola.
Still got sacked before the third season ended due to players giving same shitty performance they are giving now under Ten Hag.

Had a good first season and finally ended our trophy drought even if it’s just the carabao cup.
We finally beat Liverpool. Stopped Arsenal winning strike. Beat our bitter rival.
We knocked Barcelona out of the Europa League?! A team that was comfortably sitting on top of La Liga with better dynamics and drive than Utd at the time. Needless to mention they had better players.
Most players who achieved this last year are still playing for Ten Hag.
Then the entire Ratcliff and Sheik Jassim ordeal started taking another turn which you want it or not had a great impact on the team's mental health. I mean, compare the performance of Newcastle when they were bought by the Arabs. Not a single star player was brought in but the impact it had on the players was great that they became a threat to any teams and even got qualified for the champions league.
Ten Hag this season had limited budget due to whom was going to buy the team and meanwhile the start of the season was also closing in. He had to bring in players but had to sacrifice others to do that and needless to mention that he didn't even get who he wanted.
Ten Hag wanted:
Harry Kane but got Rasmus Hojlund. (Second Choice) not to mention if another team like Man City or Chelsea would have bought Hojlund, it would have been far less the price than Utd had paid for him.
Wanted Frenkie De Jong but had to settle for Mason Mount.
In Short: Another shitty second season after a very good first season.

Manchester United players are like vending machines on the streets …You have to slide in some coins to get the performance. They don’t play for Manchester United they play for money.
Bring in a new manager. We will have a great first season or half season performance and then everything will go downhill just like the other three.
Klopp and Arteta had support from the board no matter what performance they gave during their first seasons cause their board aren’t cash cows like the glazers.

Ten hang actually needs time to rebuild united. When Ten hang joined ajax in 2017 2018 mid season he did not won erdivisie. But in the next season he took ajax to ucl semi final and won then erdivisie. Since 2018 to 2022 he won 3 erdivisie. He could have won 4 erdivisie but due to corona erdivisie was closed and he could not win despite being top of the leagu. So be patience and give him time

Just to remember: Manchester United's next games after an embarrassing defeat at Old Trafford to Bournemouth were Bayern Munich (In UCL) and Liverpool.
And everyone believed that it will be worse for Manchester United and Erik ten Hag if they lose by cricket scoreline on those games, even though Bayern Munich had lost 1-5 to Eintracht Frankfurt. The last encounter with Liverpool at Anfield is notable for the infamous 7-0 scoreline.

Sacking Mourinho was a big mistake, the only one who could make the most out of this squad. Appointing all the other managers was a complete blunder, including ETH. Yes, there is a lot of problems at club, but you can't attribute all the sad results to that. ETH is failing as a manager by doing a piss poor job. Where is the mentality of the players? Where is the tactics? There is nothing, he is miles off it.

Eric is not the problem, it's the players that are the problem, they have huge egos and Ten Hag can't handle them since he came from a smaller club in Europe. The discipline that Ten Hag does to his players is very good. It's like school, if you don't do good, you don't pass, but here if you don't do good in training and you don't obide by his rules you would not play in any matches.
