i had one a year ago but they didn't put any padding before putting the plaster it was not comfortable at all then they just wrapped it with two things and gave me one to take home all be going in again swelling in wrist hand and thumb painful i even have issues getting comfy in bed or when I'm just sitting I'm annoyed with the pain pain in my wrist and thumb and snuffbox
great demo
Thanks for the video.
Just have one question, why no gloves?
There isnt any area of infection or wound where gloves would be necessary
Forgot to put the stockinget on underneath ....
Stockinett is for casting. This is a splint

Stockinette is applied when swelling is unlikely. If there is swelling no stockinette is required.

Go Big Red
All that thickness and bulk in thumb. Why not just put a full fiberglass cast with less mess and better ease?
This is an old video

You have to account for any possible swelling. If you cast it, swelling may occur which may cause compression or compartment syndrome.
Just pay attention student. It’s done 15 years ago still done to this day the same way but using fiberglass now. But same concept.
Nice
i would not have you touch me
Good
