I have never heard such a well balanced explanation of physiological and spiritual phenomenon...how well you integrated sexuality, sensuality and spirituality....every word makes sense and totally resonates. A sage like householder life may be more fluid than bottled celibacy.

In my experience it is easier for women to give up sex, but we struggle as much to give up the sense of separate self. 🙏

Also interested in what the dynamic is with an elderly person awakening later in life or on the death bed? Also wonder about kids/teens who awaken spontaneously at a young age? Same principle ? Force stored from past lives?

I think it is very different for women than men and was hoping this subject would be addressed from the perspective of both sexes. Female sexual energy is more receptive and it was the combination of deep receptivity with devotion that spontaneously raised my kundalini all the way up through the crown during sex in a period of intense sexual ‘indulgence’! Perhaps this is discussed in another video?

In kriya yoga is addressed for householders to limit sexual activity, not to shut it down completely.

Thank you. This guidance brings clarity to my egos sexual desire along with my spirits desire to ascend. Do we really expect to be monks if we have a spouse? What would be the point of it all? There must be a balance. Or maybe we will be a monk in the next life - I don’t need to worry about that though, not worth the energy right now.
From a purely physiological structural perspective the cerebral spinal pathways has no connection with seminal fluid channels. Perhaps ojas production serves as a connection?

even if stay celibate for 1 year but sometime it happens automatically during night I think they call it wet dreaming but after it happens by it self your vow fails and I feel miserable
Your vow does not fail and you do not have to take vows in your life.
That happens to me too during phases of celebscy but I have no guilt. I feel, "The Universe is merciful "! But I haven't taken any religious vows. There's no one to let down and no failure in this matter from where I am coming from.
And, anyway, on a karmic level, we are only responsible for what we do intentionally.
Your vows doesn't fail if are spontaneous events when you are sleeping. Do not overthink about sporadic episodes. It just means that your body is healthy! ;-)

It must be possible to measure ojas in a scientific, technological way.. The ojas has to be a substance that exists somewhere within the electromagnetic spectrum... if we can measure it, we can determine what the minimum requirements [of ojas] are for awakening.. and we can tell who can and who cannot.
Igor, is it true that if ojas is present in the required quantity/quality, one can utilize it for awakening by applying the correct activation process or technique? or are there some other variables that are necessary for awakening besides ojas?

They are the same thing. Kundalini has many names. Isis, Holy spirit, Mary, Athena, Diana, Shakti etc.

How do I achieve celibacy ?
I wish I was as slim/lean as this man at that age. I am ony 49 but cant succeed to use body fat.
I can give a countless examples of householders enlightened in relationships who didnt pay attention to this topic.
Maybe they had an excess of ojas.

This manis preaching about himself. Just because he cannot do Brahmacharia, he is forcing his views and felings on listeners. Actually, there are genuine people out ther who have overcome the sexual urge and see it as a burden. They may be forced to do it, but imediately after that they feel disgusted and feel that the amount of time spent on that could have been spent doing something better for themselves. That is them, and they do not preach to others to undertake Brahmacharia.
It's you who is preaching. He's not forcing his views on anyone. If you don't reasonate with it as your truth, look away.
