How is the Church different than a civic organization? What makes us unique?
I think the Church represents the Love, Mercy and Grace of ALMIGHTY GOD, and our giving and concern is an outward expression of our love for our LORD; our examples and faith should guide people toward CHRIST!
I think civic organizations reflect a societal structure that exists to help those in need or crisis; they bring the community together to help others and also maintain order and cohesion in the community. Their purpose is not directly related to guiding people toward CHRIST.
The Holy Spirit.
Because Christ and his Church are inseparable.
Jesus, His Word is the difference
My discernment is the Church in ancient Scripture says we are the Bride of Jesus. To follow His teachings and spread that thru out the earth.
I think we do that now thru the internet spreading His Word that is alive as it reaches more people. The Church ministry is to Worship God thru Jesus the Holy Spirit trinity as one learning His Word to share in love. Love is the outcome and God is love❤cleansing our mind and hearts.🙏🏼🙌🏼✝️💖✨💫
I just finished listening to this , I listened, paused, listened, paused, and relistened again, trying to grasp all the truth of the state our nation and church is in... This will be going thru my mind for a long time. Pastor Jackson was surely anointed when he did this sermon. Nothing has touched me so much as this sermon has about the state of the church. Share this people. I also put it on Facebook. I don't want to be one that grows cold nor becomes deceived nor doesn't stand up for truth. No compromising. I know you don't either...
Pastor Allen The Holy Spirit is speaking thru your heart and mind and I love to listen to you speak because I know you are Anointed!!! I'm very observing with the senses I was born with and also, I guard my heart and I close my ears to anyone who is listening to the devil!!! I asked the HOLY SPIRIT to guide and lead me and to nudge me if I lean to the wrong side. I want to go Home. I'm ready to See Jesus and I am very unhappy with this world and the shape it's in 😢 I'm at the age I have to be in a rest home and my family don't seem to know me anymore and I'm tired I'm ready to see Jesus and His white hair and to feel His Warm Embrace And to greet my family when I enter the Gates!!.!!
I like very much the way Pastor Allen teach the Bible . Simple and full of Truth .

2 Peter chapter 2 speaks alot about false teachers and false prophet. Great message by this man of God!
This came at a perfect time for me. I heard a "prophet" on youtube today saying what God said to him to tell everyone.
His preaching was fiery and dotted with scripture that he embellished with his interpretation, telling people that God said this, and of course, if you questioned it, you were lost and going to hell.
I stopped listening about halfway through.
I believe there are people with the gift of prophesy but when it wanders into anything that is not said in scripture, it is false Prophesy.
1) Please abide to the COMMAND in 1JOHN 4:1-3/KJV by identifying the following:
A) The SPIRIT THAT IS OF GOD/PRO-CHRIST (1John 4:2) -- the SAVED.
B) The spirit of antichrist/false prophets (1John 4:3).
2) 1 JOHN 4:1-3 is a COMMAND which must be abided on so as not to be deceived by antichrist/false prophets (1John 4:3, 2 John 1:5-7) who are many in the world (1John 4:1).
Don't wait for a prophet, believe Jesus now
John 6 39-54 Jesus says at the Last day four times. The church rapture is at judgement day
Revelation 21 New earth no more days
i think u are conflating the term prophet or prophesy with something else. just because someone predicts something correctly doesn't make them a prophet, neither does being able to interpret the scriptures correctly.
(we all interpret the scriptures, we either interpret correctly and get it right or we get it wrong because there is only truth and untruth)
likewise, receiving messages from the Holy Spirit about something or someone doesent make them a prophet, especially when that message is supposedly meant for multiple people. i should be backing this up with scripture right now and since none come to mind ill take it as my cue to shut up already and go study scripture.

Keep in mind, even Satan and the antichrist knows scripture and can quote it verbatim.
I have the gift of "discernment" some times And I'm thankful for my gift!!! ❤️ The Holy Spirit is the one who gave me this gift

This generation must study the world of God and not have itching ears... I found that the earlier century theologians have rightly divided the word of truth and still had a backbone to preach it like this man of God Mr. Jackson. Try 15th or 16th century Bible theologians like Matthew Henry and Jonathan Edwards. I also like A.W. pink and I love CH Spurgeon. I'm a black lady who has been born again and loving Christ with my whole heart for 30 years now. I thank God for Mr. Allen Jackson he's one of my modern day favorites.

Yeah in the 60s and 70s we began to dilute the church and skip prayer in the home and we started to except lewd behavior and even laugh at it. And in the 80s we started to participate in it ourselves, including abortion.The church definitely dropped the ball. This was good, Praise God!

I have heard it said that Paul said that he was not talking about being around the adulterers, drunks,swindlers etc of the world, for then you would have to leave the world; “ today you would have to leave the church!” This lesson is beautiful❣️We need to be challenged continuously lest we weaken in our choices. The Lord is purging the church and exposing the motives of our hearts. Dick Brogden said that the grace of God saves us from the wrath of God for the glory of God. The Passover , which is symbolized by the Lord’s Supper, should remind us that God was angry enough to kill us all! But He gave us grace through the substitutional death of His Son’s perfect life in order not to kill us all.

It truly does require a transformation that WE willingly accept & choose in order to begin the entire process from within...when it is the real deal and we are all in 100%, God honors our life and it becomes very fruitful season after season to glorify Him. We must also remember that pruning (as in nature) makes us healthy and strong. Pruning always builds up & strengthens our faith. We can start out like Angus Buchan, a non-believer at first, but once Angus gave His life to The LORD it was completely transformational not just for him but for everyone who he would come in contact with...Angus is a true Israelite, a true Evangelist of God's Word...a true representative of His living Gospel.

Churches of today are based on religion not relationship and the denial of the book of Acts!!! Tennessee is based on RELIGION!!! I have been astonished having moved here from the West Coast. It’s sad 😞!!! Didn’t expect it at all.
I lived in California all my life and when I was younger, my relationship with God was important. As time passed, it changed. I believe it has changed around America, and I believe it's better in the Bible belt states.
It has been Satan's mission is to destroy the body of Christ all along, and we have not been watching and praying, keeping our lamps full of oil. Now we have another chance to get it right. Like 2 Chronicals 7:14. 🙏🛐

Pastor Jackson is as specific as he can be and still stay on youtube. If he is not specific enough just try living up to the things you do understand; then God will give you more understanding of things to work on.
Why are the false prophets of today mentioned but not named? Why are the false gospels taught today mentioned but not named? Why are the confusions mentioned we are celebrating today not identified? Don’t you think these things should be called out and warned about? Is the fear of retaliation, losing congregants, or voiding of 501c status taking precedence over the preaching of truth? Come on pastor, say what needs to be said.
Its returning to the Torah ! Do not worship the sun god , keep the sabbath and keep it Holy it is a commandment the 7 th days is the sanctified day of Yah! Science has proven our heart rate slows down on the Sabbath . Get out of Babylon quiet worshiping false gods! They don't have to be named...you should discern who they are. Or do us all a favor and name them for us
We have been very cautious on we call false prophets and call false preachers if there are many and we have called out most of them. You call us a false prophet or false teacher that is your problem but know that our Lord sent us and we are on the hunt at all times.

I go to a church that I believe a Godly, spiritual church, but I feel ostracized by them. I don't understand. The pastor never, never speaks to me and then will look at me like I am Judas. I love Jesus and try to live a Godly life.
A church without authority is not a church. It is merely a club or a brotherhood.
