Rob is the absolute best! He coached my son up in Maine before he moved on to D1, and now the Pros. Top notch guy and made my son a much better player.
Nice video! I’m a goalie myself still in highschool but I’m wondering what skates you wear? I do need new ones and an opinion from a pro goalie would definitely help
Hey great insight into life in the Jungle as goalie. I'm 37 and played goalie up till I was 20 and in last couple years I've tried playing again but the old knees are just poop. It's crazy to see hoe much goaltending style has changed since I stopped playing. Keep up the great work with these videos!! cheers
Definitely like to watch the mechanics of this…. My team just got moved up a division and the plays down low are a lot faster now. I need to work in this stuff and these movements!
I'm kind of amazed by how much you can move without pushing with your skate blade. Your pads have a seal on the ice, and your somehow still able to move from post to post. Is it just making use of some momentum from the first part of the drill?

I'm from Kalamazoo Michigan. When you come to town to play I'd love to watch you.

he's pushing off the post, using it as the anchoring point against his leg pad
@@PixelManual Ah, gotcha. That makes sense.
