      this argument is super short sighted. avp and these glasses are trying to do the same thing, its literally just a function of time

      Yeah, ideally we would have the functionality of a full ar/vr headset in the form factor.
      But right now this one is extremely limited in performance and visual fidelity, and vr headsets are bulky.
      Eventually they should converge - like the other guy is saying.

      Agreed Apple would blow everyone out of the park, I mean their VR headset alone is better than most

    If you're looking at this and thinking this is the goal, thats the wrong mind frame. You should be looking at this and thinking, "we are literally just a millimetre here, and a few more millimeters there-away from getting to their goals

    Yeah no thanks, I look bad enough with thin frame glasses I have to wear, plus having a big honking camera on my nose is a big no go with my work, and I'm sure it's the same for a lot of people as well.
