A reminder of how talented they are, but also of how massive their discography is lol. It's just insane. So many bangers.
With the majority of people loving and noticing more of the western style of singing from Minnie and Yuqi, specially in the fandom, a lot are forgetting Miyeon's pure vocal techniques and control. She also sings with clarity because she has her own timber and tone, while at the same time not losing power. She's the most stable one in this performance, no wonder she is the harmonizer of the group mostly on their discography.
I think Shuhua is more comfortable singing her parts over Soojin's, but she did give it her all. When you does Soojin's parts, you'll notice she's trying to sing them like her too. So low and silky. But that's not Shuhua's natural way of singing, so you can tell she's trying hard to stay in that range. She looked more free and herself when she got to sing how she wanted, particularly from Tomboy onward.
The best thing to ever happen to Soyeon was ending up one short of making it into IOI. It probably helped motivate her further and gave her opportunities to develop further through other experiences and probably helped with the timing of G-Idle's debut and Soyeon taking the risk to compose. Had Soyeon spent that time in IOI instead of on Unpretty Rapstar and back in the trainee program with what became G-Idle you wonder if her path might have been more traditional and where she doesn't compose and outside composers don't compose songs for this group that take such great advantage of their unique singing voices, skills, and personalities.

Yep, while it is sad, Soojin is gone, at least Shuhua picked up most of Soojin's parts and I bet Soojin is actually happy about that.

btw, because I know you loved the legendary vocals of BTOB, Gidle and BTOB are both from Cube.
Both self-produced, unique, and with some of the most talented vocals from their generation. What I love about them both is their freedom and genuine passion and enjoyment of music. They enjoy making songs and performing it, you can see Gidle slaying but still laughing throughout the Hwaa performance, and BTOB laughing through their serious stages. I can really see Gidle like BTOB in the future, a group who lasts 12 years and more, continuing to make amazing songs with messages with yet still full booked concerts and a strong familyship.
btw, btob had a killing voice too! I think it would be awesome if you could see it!
I like and listen to many groups but gidle is different. They feel so genuine. Whatever the content is, it's always enjoyable.
They really reminded me of Mamamoo with their camaraderie, fun, talent, & range. 💜

The way Yuqi sang without “putting much effort”. The way Minnie’s high note in Lion. The way Miyeon’s voice… The fire in Soyeon’s eyes before every rap. The way Shuhua improved so much over the years :’)
To provide some context,
-during transition to Hann (Alone in Winter), Shuhua and Yuqi said do you feel cold? Can we turn on the heater? As a joke because the song’s title contained winter
- during transition to Pop/Star, Soyeon said Yey it is exciting song, shall we jump. Then right after that when it was followed with Senorita, she said oh no, not exciting song again. It is specially funny because the girls (mainly Yuqi) has been known to have “beef” with Senorita and joke around to “hate” the song.
- during the ending ment, they said oh no time flies by so fast. It’s time to say goodbye. Then Soyeon asked Yuqi, oh do you feel regretful? (Like in context we should have spent longer time) To which Yuqi said…yes. Then Soyeon trolled Yuqi “ah then 4 of us will say goodbye, Yuqi can continue”. That’s why we have Yuqi in the end being like “ok everybody…” before she ran away 🤭
It would have been hilarious if they started the music to Giant while Yuqi was alone, but just as she was about to sing the four of them covered her mouth and dragged her off.

As a Miyeon simp you have to watch HyeMiLeeYeChaePa sometimes. She is the cutest on that show.

There were no subtitles there but there was a Señorita slander there hahaha. The song before that was pop stars right which was an exciting song, then the next one was Señorita, so Soyeon remarked, "it's not exciting again" HAHAHAA
