You just gotta work on em man Put in the hours, and they’ll come to you Working some long tones down low to build up your endurance is something that works on most low brass
@@von.wuncket2165 Thanks so much! ☺️ Loooots of practice! Covering the fundamentals like long tones, lip slurs, and lots of scales go a long way, plus lots of melodic playing in that range is very helpful.
This is so cool! I love his piece so much, and has been one of my favorites for years! I love that you did this piece, The low brass in it is awesome! You played it great!!!
@tboneporty If it helps if you can look into it. The original composer is Robert Jager. But if you can not find anything then the arrangement you found can work.
Arabesque has gotta be one of the coolest things ever written
The clarinet part is horrendously hard
@@meltedgingerbreadmusic81 It’s so good! The composer deserves an award of some sort!
@@NyugenDo I’d hate to imagine, haha!
Damn Man, How do you get to be as good as you at trombone ? Absolutely thrilling sounds on the low notes.

I sight read this at a graduation performance once. I played trombone 2 in it. Both parts were amazing
Arabesque is definitely one of my favorite concert band pieces
@@icylion1234 Same here! It’s such good writing, especially for the trombones!

@@ConnorReagan-r3y I’d be keen! I found an arrangement by Robert E. Foster that I can get the parts for. Does that work?

I love this song for its majestic sound and awesome parts. but if you speed it up to 1.25x, it sounds even cooler
@@ThatGoofyClarinetGuy Definitely. One of the best pieces I’ve heard! I’ll have to try it out at that speed sometime, haha!
