But mostly I find you always say you are tired, You are exhausted etc etc. Please take care of yourself 1) Get enough sleep ( Atleast eight hours of unintrrupted sleep) 2) Please start doing 30 minutes of slow jogging + 10 -15 minutes of lifting weights. 3) Atleast fast for 12 -13 hours this will give you better metabolism. 4) Take minimal sugar 5) Have 600-700 gm raw fresh fruit or salad daily. 6) Daily take some fermented food like curd or yoghurt. 7) Take omega 3 gum daily ( Very important for ladies). My wife also went low energy and exhaustion , now she fully energetic and positive towards life. please apply above changes.and make it a routine 100 %. You make wonderful vlogs
