DAHI BHALLAY
* Ingredients for the bhallay:
- 1 cup soaked mash daal
- 1 cup soaked moong daal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Zeera (whole)
- 1 tsp red Chili flakes
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- 2-3 tbsp water
* Lahori style Bhalla ingredients:
- 1 kg yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup soaked pakori
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- Handful of sliced carrots
- Handful of sliced onions
- Handful of sliced cabbage
- 3 tbsp chat masala
- Tamarind chutney as needed
- Green chutney as needed
- Papri as needed
* Karachi style dahi barrhay ingredients:
- 1 kg yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 4-5 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Tamarind chutney as needed
- Papri as needed
- Chat masala as needed

Thank you for the recipe. You can freeze the dhai baray and when you want to use then just soak them in hot water and then squeeze the excess water out .
