    Taking this as a 30 day challenge
    Day 1. did the whole workout(i must say i feel my core doin the work esp with the weights.)
    Day 2. i didnt complete the whole workout as i had a long day.. worked out at 10pm.
    stay tuned for day 3 p.s i am.using 1.5L water bottles filled with sand as i couldn't afford weights yet.
    Day 3. Couldn't workout (power outage for about 20hours now.)
    Day 4. complete
    Day 5. i did just 5min
    consistency matters
    Day 6-11 (4days) rested aa my c section scar hurt a lil as i carried sth heavy in my apartment.
    Day 11. resuming today!! yay

    So excited for this one! I’m loving the ab workouts. Postpartum healing is going great but it’s been hard getting rid of that annoying little pooch. Thank you for all of monthly calendars. They take all of the guess work out of deciding what workouts to do. I did them all throughout my pregnancy and had an amazing and easy five hour labor with my first baby!
