WHY I OFTEN DON'T MENTION OTHER BRANDS IN MY VIDEOS.
You may have noticed that I often don't mention the original brands that watches I am reviewing pay homage to. This is very intentional and not meant to offend you or the original brands. I lost my first channel in October 2020 which I had spent 9 months growing and invested a significant amount of money in simply because I had mentioned the original brands in some of my videos. There are people who try to use UA-cams lack of understanding when it comes to the difference between homage watches and fake watches to attack other channels and their owners and sadly I fell foul of this in 2020. This channel was also attacked recently and UA-cam deleted content simply because I had said 'subby homage' and 'Rolex homage' in two videos despite the watches in the videos being perfectly legal homage watches. Please understand that I can not afford to risk my channel so I will no longer be mentioning other brands when reviewing homage watches.

The orange one would look so good on a black rubber strap.. That’s how I like my watches thick and chunky and heavier the better..
The orange one is probably the most fun of these, and most in line with the upcoming summer vibes... so that one! That said if the orange is more of a keeper for you, then the black dial one also looks nice in a classic kinda way.
I own all 4 models in stainless steel and absolutely love them all. In my opinion Helm makes outstanding divers, true divers btw, at tremendous value for money.
Has to be the Orange for me, Great looking colour combo although if it's going to be a give a way you'd be somewhat churlish to complain that you didn't win the colour you prefer as any of them would be a great, Helm do make good looking quality watches.
The while dial with blue hands and indices is gorgeous

The black dial with blue lume and on the stainless steel bracelet is the one I would go for. It has such a unique look with the blue lume on a black dial.
The black is quite nice with the Orange minute hand. I do like the Orange date wheel though.

My favorite of all of these is the black dial with white Lume on the hands and markers. Great video BTW.
Date inside the round lume marker is fantastic, I didn’t even notice it at first.
I have the vanuatu and it's an amazing watch worth the 2 year wait. Maybe I'll hit the KHURABURI at some point that would be the I'm most interested in after the vanuatu.
I would say the black dial is prime give away....the orange is fun for the occasional sunny day, but the black goes with anything, anytime.
The orange dial is stunning. That is the one I would love to see in a giveaway. It looks great on the orange strap.

I've had my Vanuatu for three or four years and it's held up very well. I'ts easy to see why they are such a popular brand.
Honestly, the bracelet Komodo, nice and black with those orange accents - now that's what I'd want on my wrist
I do like the orange one, a bold color fits the chunky design more - if u go overboard go all the way. The white one is a close second
After three years on the waiting list for one of the other models, I also bought when I finally got the email. I had already bought one on eBay prior since I was not sure I had it in me to wait an unknown amount of time. When it arrived, the watch was identical to the used one I bought except for the crystal which seemed thinner and did not reflect blue at all. It almost did not even look there from some angles. Which I know is an upgrade, but I actually like the old chunky look with some blue kicking off.
I sold the new model on eBay and it sold in 3 days.
I love the watch and the brand, and I planned on keeping this one as part of my UA-cam love watch sets. But given how fast they sell, it just sits in a watch box and my collection is pushing past 150... It might be time to sell my last Helm.
Love the review and these all look great. For the money these watches are great! With that said, if you can afford this watch odds are you can save up and buy into another tier, even if it's used and I feel have a better long-term piece. I could be wrong; the value seems to hold, and sticking power could be on their side. If UA-cam is here in 20 years, would love to revisit this post and see how it makes me look.

I think the best looking of these four is the Komodo with the combination of white dial and black bezel.
I've only just come across Helm, and put my name on the waiting list for the Komodo and, goodness me....8000 and something in the waiting list. Typical! I have money to burn and no way to spend it on a cool looking Diver. Also...just discovered your channel...great content! Between you a Jody I'm going to lose even more money!! I would definitely give away the white Komodo....that's just a gorgeous watch.
4:43 this is definitely the one I'd choose. Fantastic color scheme (it reminds me quite a bit of the seiko SPB313J1) and the crosshair detail on the dial!!

They are all amazing looking watches but my choice out of the four is the black and baby blue lime on the bracelet, the bracelet end link is so well intergrated and contoured to the case. All of them are good looking pieces that I’d happily wear.
After being on the waitlist I purchased the exact same watch a while ago. The stubbiness of the case was part of why I made this decision. You'd expect these light blue indices to glow blue, so it's quite surprising that they glow green.
Im currently wearing my Helm Vanuatu and I absolutely love it! Took me 3 years of trying because they sold out immediately.
First one is absolutely the best - a classic. It's no wonder there is a waiting list.

Gary I’ve got 2 Helm models. One the Khuraburi, orange/blue, my first I bought. Then the Komodo black dial. I wholeheartedly agree about the weight. I put one on a nato, the other on a rubber strap. Made all the difference! Worth the money & worth the wait.😎👍🏼

Really dig the date at 6 o'clock - particularly in round. Maybe too flamboyant, but for me it's the orange. I'd probably contrast the dial with a darker (grey or black) strap. Then again, the white/cream dial is lovely. I just can't settle because they're all really cool.
I'm kinda glad i passed they look a bit chunky for my 6,75 in wrist .
Love the rounded date complication at the 6 o clock. I like all of them, especially the one with the black dial komodo

Nice to see some white dials, usually a dark background dominates everywhere.
I'd vote Black Komodo. I use an Ecozilla as my primary backup for my dive computer, so weight shouldn't be a factor for someone that intends to use it for diving. The majority would however not want a lump strapped to their wrist.
The white and orange dials look amazing. I’ve been thinking of putting my name down for the Vanuatu titanium for some time.
I have the Miyako and it's a phenomenal watch. I'm on the waiting list for all the other models and the shortest list has me about 2.5 years before I get my email.

Like them all. Assuming the white dial one is going I'd probably say orange as it's something different, but I like them all.

I like Helm watches, but I had some issues with the bezel insert as it fades away on my Vanuatu unfortunately.😢
I have the white dial version and love it, I wear it on the orange fkm helm strap which is very comfortable

The Komodo has always been the Helm that I wanted more than the others, the orange one seems the best pick (especially coming up to summer)

Interesting you don’t like the bezel - I find Helm bezel action to be among the best in the business. Crisp, accurate and even audibly confident. Grip also confidence inspiring and on this model I think visually the drop-off angle from the insert to the grip is lovely. What’s not to like?
Totally agree. As good as Christopher Ward but half the price. Possibly better made bracelet and clasp as well, although toolless microadjust not quite as good as CW. Well worth the wait.
Maybe a bit thick, but feels rugged and toolish in a good way.
If I were to pick, I'd choose the white one in a heartbeat, but otherwise I like the black ones, probably the one with blue accents. Also, I like how they incorporated the date window.
These look a little chunky for me...but I still like to wear my SM MM300. - It is great to see all the colour ways together

I've a Vanuatu and a white dial Komodo. Both are excellent but the Vanuatu is my daily and the Komodo is on rubber and comes out for visits to the beach.
It's the 03AR4 for me, could have a lot of fun with that dial - it's a party watch for sure !

I’m definitely a fan of the orange one…a wonderful color to have to wear on occasion but difficult to purchase early on when building a collection as it would be a situational piece
I do really like the white and orange one, chunky fellas with their personality this Komodos! If you have any other orange diver like Seiko/Doxa I'd pick the white that is always versatile and can go easier in rotation... if not the orange also super great pick, wouldn't mind to have any of those ;)
Love my white-dialled Komodo. I agree wholeheartedly that it is too heavy on the bracelet for everyday wear - I bought a Helm orange resin strap and it makes the watch much more of an everyday proposition. It's also a great colour combination, and I'd be comfortable wearing it in this configuration in water.

Gary I currently have the Ti Vanuatu and the White Komodo, sold my Miyako the screwy date window I found needless, the Black Komodo would be a nice addition.
The easy answer is the clean white dial would be amazing for anyone . I'd give the orange away since that's probably a color most wouldn't buy themselves but will enjoy it once they have it

All 4 watches look great but I would definitely have to go with the orange dial. I’m in to fitness and that would accent so many occasions.
