I have watched so many literature videos from UA-cam for a couple of years.really feeling blessed to find your channel sir..is se acha explain kisi ne b nh kia hua UA-cam pr.really impressed.i am from Pakistan.and really wish you to do analysis of our English lectureship test through ppsc of the year 2021.because there was a sudden change of the type of questions.as before this questions of Indian literature were never added in the test.love from Pakistan

According to NEP (2020)... From July 2023 PhD is mandatory for asst. Professor .. this rule is applicable for University only??? Or colleges too?
Is it possible without PhD and having NET clearance enough for asst. Professor in COLLEGE ????

PhD will never get mandatory. We don't have enough PhDs in India. And if it happens then every student will do the PhD from here and there... This will lower down the quality of researchers. Already India is at the bottom in quality Phd among the nations. They won't make it mandatory.

Topic seems good. They may cross question so try to go through the topic in detail. Can ask you anything. I cannot tell how to connect it with Modern English Literature. That's a part of research work. You may have to think creatively and out of the box. Time consuming but will be beneficial for you to get selected. That's what research all about.

I think sir there is much more corruption than quality of eng ugc India.NTA make its best effort to enhance the probability that students would not have been Crack it and demand for employment. They are making money only by conduct it twice except crona pandemic .if they want to improve the quality then they should change the pattern of examination. They should give the students proper syllabus rather then indicative only they are checking just memory level of students with choronology quiz😏
