Just go ahead and search "Lord of the Rings Tales to Sleep To" on UA-cam and there are channels that do exactly what I'm doing (my channel might show up too).

Use CapCap. It's free and very easy to use. When you hit Export you have the option to change from 1080p to 4K. Check UA-cam tutorials on how to change aspect ratio in CapCut for short videos or long form videos :)
