This how I can tell if my enemy is low on health:
-They start to get back
-Panic
-Always tries to run
Still I have fought people who didn't care if they had low health since they had the talent last resort they be fighting like exalted harbinger in AQW

what i do is i play more aggressive when im low and less aggressive when im full then if they start playing passivley then i know they're low, also i barley ever pay attention to my hp unless im like 1 percent
