Christmas Series 18 Making of Fish Biriyani
Fish - 1 kg
Water - 10 Cups
Cinnamon - 2 nos
Cardamon - 5 nos
Cloves - 4 nos
Big onion - 1 Small + 4 nos + 2nos
poppy seeds ( kaskas) - 2 tbs
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbs + 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 11/2 tsp
ginger paste - 11/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Refined oil- 1/2 Cup
green chillies- 8 nos
Ghee- 2 tbs
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
Caraway Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Curd - 2 tbs
BASMATI RICE - 3 - 4 Cups
