fun fact: there is a second kerbal space program reference in the game. In the "Ghost Inmate" ending, there is a rocket that has parts similar to kerbal space program.
I think the baseball bat is a reference to the home run bat from smash as it is super powerful and can reflect anything.

I’m thinking this creator is very unfamiliar with TF2, seeing as the Stickman franchise is very heavy on references to it, yet the first video had no references shown, the second had Scouts very recognizable metal bat being called Ness’s bat and anyone familiar with TF2 knows about rocket jumping being a mechanic and not just the name of a weapon. Also I’m surprised if they don’t know Gmod, everyone knows Gmod.

In the escape choice in "fleeing the complex" , you can choose a Rocket to escape. Before it launches, the parachute folds out and the Rocket starts to tilt after launch, and it crashes.
This is a reference to the game Kerbal Space Program (it is a mistake almost every player Has done in that game)
Fun fact: the head crab is also found in among us as a pet which is kinda nice

In the Pure Blooded Thief route of ItA, a Toppat wearing the TF2 spy's mask stabs the Sniper.
TF2 Demoman and Nana from Ice Climbers are in the tavern at the start of Toppat 4 life.
The bat also has Smash Bros Ness's F+Smash properties of reflecting projectiles.
Using the wrench on the engine in the brovert ops ending is a reference to the engineer upgrade mechanic in team fortress 2
Quick little thing I don't think anyone noticed. When you select the warp option when chasing Reginald in the hallway, its a reference to Lego racers, an old game for the n64.
I am not sure if I am the only one to notice these three but during the pickpocketing scene, there are the fine boots, that may be a reference to the Mario & Luigi series that there are different types of boots. The 2nd one is the PDA, which may be a reference to TF2 Engineer's PDA1 and the Gamestor is a reference to an actual location, Gamestop. The Spell tone might be a reference too, but I am not sure if it is. Also, tell me if JuanAnce already got this, but the box option in the 2nd last scene for Ghost Inmate is a reference to Metal Gear.
Edit: In the Bios, the Fleeing the Complex page 1, there is a person named, "Gary Mann". It may be a reference to Grey Mann, the person who was behind TF2's Mann VS Machine Gamemode.

The one game over in the part in Completing the Mission with Henry and a guard with the game over screen saying stuff like "Answer me!" and "Are you alright?" is a reference to Yandere Simulator with Senpai/Osana/Raibaru seeing their friend's corpse. It's them saying (Osana's speech when spotting Raibaru's corpse) "Raibaru? What's wrong? Are you hurt? Raibaru! Oh my god! Raibaru! Raibaru, answer me! Oh god! This can't be happening!") and Senpai's and Raibaru's are the same thing except about the names. Senpai calls his friend (obviously) Osana and so does Raibaru.
