it is a good video, but quite an old process and takes a longer time to complete shipment. Recommend to implement the LEAN process of integrating sewing, check, pressing, hand tagging, polybag, cartooning at same production line which will shorten 60% of the final process, reduce 40% manpower and advance delivery at least one week earlier

Normally for knitwear garments, it should be less than 4 hours which is the last piece garment from sewing line off to final cartoon packing, and ready for delivery.
