Hi, nice job. Can I have a question? immediately after starting, the synthbell starts, which sounds 2x in one pattern in 4:4 and 3x in another in 4:4? I wonder how you did it? it's the same with kick. every time at 4:4 of one pattern he strikes 2 times and at the end of the next one 3 times . thank you😁
Yea sure! It's 4:4, but you can additionally set events for each step. For example triggering a certain step every 3rd time in an 8-bar cycle. That's only one possibility. It's also possible, that a certain step is triggered only when the previous step on the same or another track isn't or is triggered for example. Crazy possibilities
You use various kick sounds in this video. All of them are rather high pitched, I miss kick sounds really rumbling in the subs rather than going for chest pressure. Is this a limitation of what the Model:Cycles can do or is it a trend people are going by?
That has mainly to do with the characteristics of Digital FM. The M:C can get rumbly, but it lacks a proper sub. You can compare with my DFAM vids, where I use the DFAM as kick, which has a richer low end.
Best demo of this box I've seen. 👍
Oh thank you 👽
yes so true! :D
and own it too and found it kinda frustrating that nearly all demos/jams/etc sound kinda similar
Thank man - I bought this synth a year ago but haven't had time to learn it and you videos are so inspiring. I will go through them all!

May I know how to set this up on my cycles model?
I couldn't find any information about it in the manual or anywhere else.@@Frisqo
