Green Chilli : 3
Ginger : 1 inch
Garlic : 8 to 10 Clove
Oil : 1 tbsp
Curry patta
Rai : 1 tsp
Hing : 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder : 12 tsp
Garam masala : 1 tsp
salt to taste
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
chopped Coriander : 1 tbsp
For Chutney :
Peanut : 1/4 cup
Coconut : 1/4 cup
Garlic : 10 to 12
salt to taste
Red Chilli powder : 2 tbsp
