I have a theory, the deal Yuuji made with Sukuna may have a deeper meaning, as we know its a binding vow. One of the conditions made by Sukuna was that Itadori will forget about the deal, and the the other one was that he would hand over his body to Sukuna for 1 minute whenever Sukuna chants 'Exaltrate', now, what we might be missing here is that Sukuna might have no intention of switching with Yuuji. Regardless of his second condition stating that Yuuji has to forget about the deal(which he in fact does after his resurrection) the binding vow has been made and Yuuji has to fulfill the first condition of handing over his body. Now he can't fulfill the first condition if he doesn't know what the fuck he has to do when Sukuna is chanting 'Exaltrate', this violates their deal and as we know binding vows have repercussions when violated, it might end up giving Sukuna indefinite control of Yuuji's body, or at the very least revoke the vow made by Sukuna of not hurting anyone during that 1 minute.
