4 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cip lemon juice
1.4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
2 tsp peprika
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp sumac
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
for garlic sauce:
1/2 cup garlic
salt to taste
1 egg white
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup oil more or less
