can i just say, i've not watched all of this review yet. but you talking about the plastics. im a long time w king fan and i have to say the plastics look and sound the same as the D8 of which i have had for the last 10 years, its still the same speaker, had a lot of abuse, been dropped and covered in all sorts of muck and dust, there isnt a single piece of damage on asside from the odd scratch. its actually really strong plastic. the buttons on the top are also looking like the same style or similar to the D8 with the rubbery clicky feel. they too have and are still lasting after 10 years of abuse. theyre still clicky, the rubber is still intact. in my opinion, plastics that feel 'premium' arent actuall strong plastics, my ops on it is that bigger companies use 'better plastics' that end up breaking so you have to buy another one. w king uses 'cheaper plastics' that last through abuse and torture to install confidence in the buyer that w king makes a quality product
Thanks for sharing this side of it. I've never kept one anywhere near that long to actually experience the long term durability. I'm just going off the look and feel of the product compared to competitors. I think it's still worth mentioning for people who prefer a more premium experience and want to keep it on display in a room, but I see your point.
The T11 is currently my favorite speaker with the 2.36 update. Have had it over a month now and very impressed with the deep bass and good mids and treble. Just very good sound, and I've owned many speakers over years. But the firmware update to 2.36 is a must.
@@vileanduselessdeadworks6550 Hmmm, I don't agree with HammoTech. And I don't understand when he says it's just an app. There is no app The update involves you having to send an email to W-King support. I think with a speaker in the more budget range, that can definitely happen. It might be worth messing with some EQ settings and app setting to see if you can soften it

Due to the W-king having a battery I would say that. But for sound only I would say the JVC
