I really like how you are tracking your sub goals on your about section. It's really important to track goals.
As far as the video you did an outstanding job with this build. There are a few mods that will help you a lot. I might get the names wrong, but this is what mods you should check out.
Easy Dev Mod
Free Landscaping Mod
Free Fence Mod
Place anywhere mod
Terrain anywhere mod (something like this. You couldn't edit land next to you in the video. One of these mods will let you do it. I would just search anywhere in the mod hub)
I'm sure there are a few more I'm not thinking of. You did a really good job on this build and I'm very impressed. You definitely gave me a few ideas and inspiration.
