Thousands of Missiles and Helicopters Flood Clark Air Base, Philippines.
Manila, A giant US Air Force C-5M Super Galaxy cargo plane landed at Clark Air Base, Philippines, today, carrying a cargo of AH-1Z Viper attack helicopters and UH-1Y Venom helicopters, along with thousands of missiles. The arrival of these helicopters and missiles signals an increase in US military power to support joint military operations with the Philippines in the region.
The AH-1Z Viper helicopter is known as the “Air Cowboy” for its capabilities in both air and ground combat. It is equipped with a wide range of weapons, including Hellfire missiles, Hydra 70 rockets, and 20mm Gatling cannons. The UH-1Y Venom helicopter, on the other hand, is a utility helicopter used for a wide variety of missions.
The thousands of missiles carried by the C-5M Super Galaxy include Hellfire anti-tank missiles, Sidewinder air-to-air missiles and Hydra 70 rockets. These weapons will strengthen the combat capabilities of the Viper and Venom helicopters, and enable them to conduct operations more effectively.
