OMG TH IS IS INSANE!! I absolutely loooooove your videos! I’ve been bartending for 6 years (mobile bartending for 3years) and the most I’ve ever charged is $400!!! I’ve always known I could charge more but I think I’ve been targeting a very cheap crowd! LOVE THE VIDEOS KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO!
I got 950 - base setup fee of 3 hrs $150, consumables @ $10pp so $200, and a base price of $150/hr w a 4 hr min (after I watched, I added a $225/hr tier for less than 4hrs). When I remove the set up fee, bartender pay @ $50/hr (which it’s just me in my head right now) and $50 for gas/future maintenance- the business pockets $550 minus whatever tax you gotta give Uncle Sam. I need to do more math😅
I think that's totally fair pricing. I charge differently but ends up almost being the same. ($985 plus gratuity). Do you usually tack on gratuity? I do - (especially when it's a small party like that and you know people aren't going to be stuffing a tip jar! LOL :)
That feels very reasonable. I calculated $600 for labor and materials which in my head is before paying myself, the business owner. So rule of thumb would be to double it. Id charge $1200 for that event. Idk every market is different but I think you should charge more.
First off, I want to say you're an AMAZING person with a soul of gold hun 💐🌻👸🏽. Thx for everything you do & your honesty. I don't see ANY of your truth as negative, (this is referring to your other videos) you just keep real. Most don't know what REAL is these days 😂! Don't let "none factors" get to you. I can't stand it when ppl twist your words into something else when all you're doing is being straight-up. Like, really??? I rock wit cha & others do to so...forget dem folks!! They can go watch another UA-camr who's blowing smoke (not that smoke, 😂😂 as in not being upfront about stuff!) Sorry, not sorry I just had to put that out there! I appreciate you & support WHATEVER decision you decide. However back to your question, 😊 I'm going to say at least $2 bands. Especially how you do things 🏆. Also, most service providers over look the two components of setup & breakdown. I love this concept btw! 💛🎉🥂
By my pricing structure I would charge $985 and if they wanted to rent glassware that would be an additional 56.25 in glassware rental fees. I would also charge a 20% gratuity that would be $160
I know you said milk and honey is all custom but is this how you price most all events? 10$ pp for two signature drinks, 6$ per person for disposables, and then 40$ hr for service hours per Bartender and then the 200 planning and management fee? Does the planning and mgmt fee go up for larger events? How much do you add on for a open bar with several liquors and mixers? Could you please share some insight or do a detailed video on some other things. Love your content, been following you! Thank you so much.

Dats seasonable price around $760 can't beat Dat price at all!any other services they will charge you more 4 the services
I got $892 then I added labor cost and came up with $972 this doesn’t include gratuity
Do you auto grat the bill or tip jar or both? How do you handle that please?
Do you charge for your operational costs as well? Or do you have those costs already factored into your numbers?
Where did you get your glassware?
i got about the same as you (800) but from charging more for somethings and not calculating others
Where did you buy your mobile bars?
I'm interested in knowing too.
Me too
What about beer and wine too?
I'm new to this but I'd say about 565$ give or take based on everything needed for the event.
See I got that at first but then I changed it cause I didn't know if that was too high lol
i love this!
I don’t think it’s a bad price at all.
$700
People may over look the setting up and break down.
do you show the client your itemized list? or just a number? or do you break it down to them this way? Thx grl!
I prefer to itemize for transparency.
350
650?
how did you come up with $10 per person? why not $20?
Charge what you need to charge. ua-cam.com/video/iv8Mc-B49ek/v-deo.htmlsi=b-aFU1RIqNdSSa5-

I appreciate seeing your breakdown, seems totally fair!
