- It is inevitable that we will experience events, situations and circumstances in our lives that will seemingly communicate to us that we are not worthy of love, respect and value. When unacknowledged and unaware, these beliefs become part of our psyche that then increasingly sabotage our lives, resulting in self-destructive behavior through both abuse and neglect.
By learning to become aware of our beliefs through our behavior, and incrementally changing our behavior, we begin to change the underlying beliefs, those that are inherently untrue and out of alignment with proper belief in the light, love, mercy, grace, goodness and benevolence of God.
How we treat ourselves is a direct reflection of how we believe we should be treated, and thus is a direct reflection of our beliefs about God. To heal our relationship with God, we must heal our relationship with ourselves.

Whenever I feel what I'm feeling there you are showing up on my feed and as soon as I listen to your reminders I cry because it makes me realise that Allah is reminding and sending me messages through these amazing videos and messages. I agree. Any religion that teaches us we are sinful and inherently bad in the eyes of God is a very damaging religion. This is still taught in many orthodox Christian sects.

I also was diagnosed with BDP when I was 18 and I think the best thing you can do is stop internalising the diagnosis. I was lucky enough that I found a holistic therapist and she told me there is nothing inherently wrong with my brain, I just learnt several coping mechanisms and belief systems and behavioural patterns, but they’re like wearing a woolly sweater, I can choose to not identify with it and take it off
I know it’s easier said than done, I’m 20 now and some days I will still struggle, but realising that Allah created me perfectly and I can become that perfect state of peace again really helped me

I'm a Christian and I've practiced Islam for a year but I never said the shahada. It has been about 7 years since I had the revelation that Islam isn't wrong, it's just wrong for me. Because my bloodline is that of Isaac, and not of Ishmael. With that being said, Im thankful I found you. I relish in many of your videos because I wish more religious people took what you say more seriously. I wish for Christians and Muslims to unite. The people of the book are being led to slaughter by being divided and set against each other because of our differences. But that's a big lie because we are actually the most alike.
So with that being said, I'm compelled to tell you this. I believe, or have a strong feeling or sense that the root of you making videos less frequently is actually due to the lack of views.
I am one person who is thankful for your videos and check UA-cam specifically for your channel. Please don't forget that what you are doing is not for you, it's for God. And the byproduct of serving God is serving humanity.

your post makes no sense - if you practise Islam, you have to say the shahada in the ritual prayer or after ablution. Also bloodline has nothing to do with truth. I have no bloodline from Isaac or Ishmael. Does that mean I should stay away from Judaism or Islam ? Strange. I'm of Hindu background and I am Muslim.
