I would say Thomas Frank if I didn’t believe Brentford were going to grow into a big club overtime between their business model, staying in the premier league and how that area of London is expected to grow in the future.
Depends how you define big. He would be a good choice for a mid table team aiming for an EL spot, but he's far from big club material. Remember when you similarly hyped up Quique Setien, olny for him to go down like a lead balloon at Barca? There's a reason certain managers thrive under pressure, surrounded by big names and big egos, while others prefer to be the big fish in a small pond. I'd say Potter is of the latter category, but not for lack of tactical accumen.
Too early for him. There's a massive difference between brighton and united. Has no experience in managing big players. Same argument was made against ole when he was made permanent. But people are willing to be hypocrites for potter just because he is tactically better than ole.
@@aakarmamtora3470 I get he’s not experienced with big names but he’s gotta get that experience from somewhere and whoever we get next is gonna be a risk. What big clubs could he move to now? I get the impression Brighton makes a lot of statistical based tactical decisions, so United for example mightn't suit him. Or is that underestimating him?
It's been ages since UK produced a manage of this type. This is video 2 in Tifo's transformation to be exclusively a performative dance channel.
Probably not last season everyone was saying the same about Hasenhüttl and look how that turned out
I would say Thomas Frank if I didn’t believe Brentford were going to grow into a big club overtime between their business model, staying in the premier league and how that area of London is expected to grow in the future.
I'd say Potter is of the latter category, but not for lack of tactical accumen.
welcome to chelsea, graham potter
Alex and his performative dance ❤❤
This aged well, it turns out the English overhype was on overdrive when it comes to Potter.
Nah turns out Chelsea are finished. Potter will come back.
@@Gooner184 come back to what? He’s h never been anything
Was thinking yesterday with all the noise about a new manager at Man U that Potter might be the best hiring decision
You called it. Chelsea has listened to tifo
As a Liverpool I'm happy that United are poorly enough run that they're not even going to consider trying to get Potter
If I were United, I'd be sitting very tightly to see how this season plays out with Brighton.
Oh he definitely is, him and Thomas Frank. They play beautiful, seemingly easy-on-the-eye football.
Wouldn't mind seeing him at NUFC if he's given either a great recruitment team, or he's heavily involved in that.
Tifo sees the future. What are the lotto numbers?
Why don't you talk about West Ham's David Moyes he's team is at top 4 in the PL and Unbeaten in the Europa league.
Want him at united, if anyone can organise that game of musical chairs we call a defence i reckon it’s him
Too early for him.
I’d rather it be a young tactically sound manager who could be a long term solution for united especially when he’s got premier league experience and if he can get Brighton playing good football imagine what he can do with the players at ManU.
This video aged like fine wine.
This aged well
Looks like he’ll be coaching Chelsea if he keeps this up
So he's basically Ted and Nate rolled into one
Welcome to Chelsea
Whose the third manager in the mountain?
Untilt this video I haven‘t noticed what a great beard Alex can grow.
Am I the only one disappointed that Alex has not had his nails done?
Stop setting unrealistic beauty expectations for poor Alex!
Always wanted to write first comment, now opportunity comes and I have no idea what to write. Thumbs up Tifo
Been saying this for 2 years. Brighton play like a top 6 side with relegation level finishing
This is kind of like one of them Nostradamus videos.
Said this about potter time ago. Top 4 sans there best player. Playing a very aesthetically pleasing brand of football as well.
What big clubs could he move to now? I get the impression Brighton makes a lot of statistical based tactical decisions, so United for example mightn't suit him. Or is that underestimating him?
Chelsea.
10 month, he is our manager now
The thumbnail got me like, dattebayo!
Please don't leave us Graham 💙🤍
hey, where is the scattergram video? we need that 🇮🇩
He's at Chelsea now💙
I see him becoming Chelsea coach one day.
I believe Eddie Howe is also up there with Potter and Gerrard in terms of managerial potential. They will do wonders in a big budget club
Chelsea watched this video!!!
It's been ages since UK produced a manage of this type. Even Fergie fell short a few times in Europe, its precisely why he brought in guys like Queiroz etc. It's about time the English game caught up with their Euro counterparts in the more tactical/flair side of football. Enough of managers like Big Sam, Harry Redknapp and Moyes etc.
Moyes has West Ham playing in Europe and they're currently fourth in the league...
@@jase_llan And it will amount to nothing more than that. The last great UK manager who had Euro glory was Fergie if I'm right. Since the inception of the Premier League's the only UK based manager that has won it was Fergie too, the rest were all non-UK. Fergie aside, when/who was the last UK manager who won the CL?
@@Irfan87 I agree, Moyes won't improve much further but he's also a good enough manager that I definitely wouldn't lump him in with firefighters like Big Sam (who had his place, at a lower-performing Prem or well-performing Championship team).
Brendan Rodgers is the best of a bad bunch.
@@Irfan87 Dalglish won it with Blackburn
