We literally have high frequency emitting devices already, for the sole purpose of dispersing crowds. We usually bolt them to the top of vans or Humvees and go to town.
I would like to bring up that the Angels are actually pained by loud noises, it’s why they act so aggressively to sound, not only because they’re blind and sound likely means food, but their auditory organs are so fine tuned that even minute noises send them into a frenzy. The frequency thing more causes confusion for them, requiring them to open their armour in order to get more information. A kaiju roaring at them most definitely would do damage, seeing as a roar from most Kaiju is likely comparable if not louder than a commercial airliner in terms of decibel level. Would it kill them? Probably not. Would it cause severe damage to their overdeveloped ears and probably completely deafen them, therefore completely incapacitating the Death Angels? Most definitely.
I bet Kong and his army would go up top to kill them all. Especially if they ended up killing Jia, then the angels are boned. And if Godzilla and Shimo get involved, they’re essentially going extinct.

The death angels died to bullets. They are op but I doubt they would do much. And Camazotz can kill them with sound and frequencies. So I don’t think they could survive in the hollow earth❤
While the Death Angels are ridiculously OP for their size, a fair number of the creatures in Hollow Earth possess the power necessary to kill them. A Kong for example could likely crush them and Camazotz sonic scream would be a death sentence for a Death Angel whose biggest weakness is sound. Plus Death Angels are so small compared to creatures like Godzilla, their attacks would be equivalent to biting gnats. So I doubt the bigger titans would actual take much interest in them. In short I think the Death Angels could survive Hollow Earth but they would lose their position and be reduced to a biting nuisance to the kaiju that live there.
