I was 11 when this came out on Dreamcast back in late 1999. These graphics were next level!!! This shit looked fuckin amazing! Also it was the first racing game I played which had a cockpit view
No kidding, I was 1 at the time lol. I'm sure the graphics looked amazing, especially when the Playstation 1 was compared. That's cool, it probably helped immerse you in it. :)
the purpose of an arcade mode in its purest is to work your way up from last to first. Of course, there wouldn't be a point of having pit stops since it's meant to be a pick up and play mode. Be lucky it's not a timed race like many arcade racing modes were.
Thanks for the review! I have to try it out. Loved Monaco Grand Prix/ Racing Simulation 2 and F1 World Grand Prix on the Dreamcast but never played this one. Just not sure if it was even available here in Germany.
Saiga GeneCast Awesome Racing Game In The World And Original Daytona USA Was From The Arcade And They Imported To Sega Saturn Back In The Day And Would You Ever Get Your Own Model 1 Of Sega Saturn Because I Have A Model 2 Of Sega Saturn And Sega Saturn Was Release On Spring 1995 May 11th 1995.
I would love to own a Sega Saturn, as it seems like an awesome system. However, when I last checked, the game are expensive to collect. Is there any cheap Sega Saturn games to own other than Daytona USA and Nights into Dreams?
Saiga GeneCast That's Correct And Nights Into Dreams On Sega Saturn It's Comes With A 3D Control Pad And Other Games On Sega Saturn Sonic 3D Blast Was The First Game On Sega Saturn And The Final Sonic The Hedgehog Game On Sega Genesis As Well As Sonic Jam On Sega Saturn And Sonic R On Sega Saturn As Well And Once You Have A Sega Saturn You Should Get All Accessories For Your Sega Saturn And Sega Saturn Stunner Light Gun That You Will Be Using For Virtua Cop (1995) Virtua Cop 2 (1996) And The House Of The Dead (1998).
I hope so. Flag to Flag is not exactly like AAA game amazing, but it is alright. I heard that the 2 player mode is pretty good, so I'm looking forward to trying it out with you in the summer. :)
Complains about how Tokyo Extreme Racer had better graphics while ignoring the fact this game has way more cars on the road and more stuff in the background.
Suffers so badly from being a upgraded PSX game. Controls in this game make it essentially worthless to me and thats while everything else is very good about it
@@robm2007 I know it's Sega IP, The controls and lack of adjustment make this a game that is totally flawed. As soon as you use reduced steering depending on how fast you are driving, the game is finished when it comes to people using a steering wheel

Sorry, Man, don't want to bother you, but this game has NOTHING to do with Formula One!
to be fair, for the "story" part, you write your own story, depending on how well or how bad you do throughout the season
I'm sorry, a FORMULA 1 RACING SERIES?
Great review. Bought a dream cast just for this game when it first released. Would definitely pick up again.
1:45 [I roll my eyes and then exit the video]
>"Formula One" *twitch twitch*

My first experience with a racing wheel in my home 💙 Even had rumble lol the Performance wheel
Yes its absolutely bizarre that this game doesn't run at 60 FPS
RIP greg moore.
Love that sega soundtrack in this game
Nice Video And I Love Racing Video Games On Sega Saturn & Sega@Dreamcast Just Like Tokyo Xtreme Racer On Sega@Dreamcast Daytona USA On Sega Saturn.
Yeah me too! Sega racing games are usually pretty good. What do you think of the Dreamcast version of Daytona USA?

Alright, thanks for the suggestions Drew.
Hoping to play it in the summer but I think I'll love it☺😀😃😄😁😆

Looks fun! What do you use to record footage?
I use an Elgato HD60 to record the footage.
Thanks
You're welcome!
A story in a racing game. LOL. Does the driver ever find true love? How does he cope in the off-season?
Formula one. C-A-R-T. Dude has no idea what he’s talking about.
True, but to be fair, Flag to Flag was a better racing game than the F1 game that was made for Dreamcast.

Your grading system is FLAWED.
Also, please do your research on practice, qualifying, racing, and the championship....
needs some research on what Arcade mode is about too. Seems he wants Arcade to just be a diferent Championship
I'm surprised that this games is actually kinda good.
Esse jogo é bom,nã é formula 1 simulator mas é um arcade bem divertido, passo horas tentando vencer no menor tempo😅

Upgraded psx game? No that is crazy its a launch game so early dc graphics, its a sega ip so no psx port, controls are actually spot on

Immediate dislike, it's not F1 its CART (old Indycar) they don't really call themselves F1.
