- Manila, 29 November 2021 - Cebu Pacific has taken delivery of its first A330neo as it begins its widebody fleet modernisation programme.
The aircraft is configured with 459 seats in single-class layout and will be operated by the airline on trunk routes within the Philippines and the rest of Asia, as well as on longer range services to Australia and the Middle East. The A330neo offers versatility for a wide range of routes from shorter regional services to medium and long haul operations.

The thing about carbon footprint is that it has been too high since +- 1980 and has been way too high every year since then. An ecological footprint that is too high actually indicates that you are endangering the survival of your species. You understand that an airplane emits more per mile than, for example, a train or a car. So it gives airline passengers a sky-high carbon footprint, which will almost certainly "end" the survival of many people by 2050. How come strict measures are not taken against this life-threatening form of transport that is not vital?

But if you make a very long flight, you have as many emissions as the diesel / petrol exhaust that a car emits 'in one year'.
You do that in one outward and return flight. Seems to me this has a huge impact on your personal emissions.

@@cupcake0011 It's actually not premium economy, It's just the same seat with better leg room. On the booking there is none of it but only an extra cost if you want to choose seat.

Me and my family got to experience flying with this majestic plane this month. It withstood Heavy rain and very Heavy wind nicely. Tho the captain failed the first landing and had to turn around.
