THE PERFECT RAISIN RICE RECIPE

Ingredients
3 cups basmati rice
5 1/4 cups water
2 tbsp garlic & Ginger paste
1 Wiri Wiri pepper
1 small onion
Cilantro
2 scallion
1 celery stick
Few thyme leaves
1 shredded carrot
1 small sweet pepper
1/3 cup corn
1/4 cup green peas
3tbps butter
1 cup raisin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 Maggie cubes
1/2 pk sazon

Ash you are a great entertainer, rice looks very delicious, I do think you need to saute the vegetables because the rice is hot and the steam will adsorb and cook it. Great meal and happy weekend.
