Whoever was playing the Queen, she did a good job at lip-synching. That's something you usually can't see from the shore, but video cameras have no trouble spotting it! Then she changed into the witch, and I thought the mask was laughable. They have to make it big and ridiculous in order to be noticed from a distance, which is also why all of the live actors on the boats and on stage make big sweeping motions that are easy to see.
